Update: US
Department of State urges citizens to depart the country
The US Department of State issued an updated Travel Advisory on 6 November
urging all US citizens in Ethiopia to leave the country now using
commercially available options. On 5 November, the department ordered the
evacuation of non-emergency US government employees and their family members.
The department warned that the US Embassy in Ethiopia is unlikely to be able
to assist US citizens in Ethiopia with departure if commercial options become
unavailable. 미국 국무부, 시민들이 출국할 것을 권고미국 국무부는 여행 주의보를 11월 6일에 새로 발령하며, 미국 시민들이 현재 상업적으로 사용 가능한 수단을 통해 에티오피아를 떠날 것을 권고했습니다. 11월 5일에는 비필수 인원과 그의 가족들부터 우선 출국할 것을 요청하였습니다. 국무부는 에티오피아 내 상업적인 이동 수단이 사용 불가한 상황에 이르게 된다면 시민들을 지원할 방법을 찾을 수 없을 것이라고 주 에티오피아 미국 대사관에 경고하였습니다. |
