President Lukashenko holds secretive inauguration ceremony

President Lukashenko has been sworn in to resume his presidency during a ceremony held in front of a limited audience on Wednesday morning. The inauguration was not announced in advance in order to avoid a recurrence of opposition protests that have been held since the disputed election result was announced last month.
