IED explosion prompts security operation in Lamezia Terme
An improvised explosive device (IED) has detonated in Lamezia Terme in
Catanzaro Province. The explosion has triggered a security operation in the
area after the blast damaged several cars and shattered the windows of
multiple residential properties nearby. No injuries or casualties have been
reported in the immediate aftermath of the explosion.
