Flood and avalanche warning issued for French Alps departments
Meteo France has issued warnings for flooding and avalanches in departments
in the French Alps region. Rainfall of up to six millimetres per hour has
been forecast for the region through this evening, which has increased the
risk of both flooding and landslides. Meteo France has also warned of poor
road conditions, sewage over flooding, and power cuts across the French Alps.
