Update: Fatalities reported amid heavy flooding in central
provinces
According to local news reports, at least 11 people have died as a result
of heavy flooding affecting the Phy Yen, Binh Dinh and Kon Tum provinces.
Tens of thousands of houses and buildings have been flooded across the
central region and thousands of people have been isolated due to inundated
roads and rising floodwaters.

발생했다고 합니다. 10,000여채의 가구들과 건물이 침수되었고 1000여명의 시민들이 범람 전에 대피하지 못해
고립되어 있는 상태라고 합니다.
