border - Shooting reported near Shushi
According to Armenian media, Azerbaijani forces have killed one person and
injured three others in a shooting near Shushi. Early reports indicate that
the civilians were shot at when they were working on water pipes in the area.
There has been no word from the Azerbaijani side at this time.
