Armed attack reported in Yamicha
The National Police Service of Kenya has confirmed that an armed attack
has taken place on a makeshift camp in the Yamicha area of the country. At
least two people are reported to have been fatally wounded during the attack
which is suspected to have involved bandits armed with live rounds. No
further information is available at this time.
Bandit attacks can occur sponatenously and without warning in rural Kenya.
