Nationwide curfew
ordered by leaders of attempted coup
Leaders of the attempted military coup in Guinea have announced via press
release that a nationwide curfew will be imposed from 20:00 local time. They
also announced that the national assembly will remain dissolved and all
governors will be replaced by regional military commanders. Further
announcements should be anticipated in due course as the situation continues
to develop.
