Several militants killed by security forces near Ghariom, South Waziristan

Local media reports that four militants including a local commander were killed after a clash with military forces near Ghariom in South Waziristan. Several soldiers were killed in the area earlier this week on 12 September after militants detonated an explosive device near a military checkpoint.
