Russian security forces under CSTO mandate establish new
restrictions in Baikonur
Russian security personnel acting under the mandate of the Collective
Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) have established a set of new
restrictions in Baikonur. These restrictions include a prohibition on the
gathering of more than three people at a time in the city and the
implementation of a curfew between the hours of 23:00 and 06:00 local time.
Russian and Kazakh authorities are co-operating within the city in an attempt
to restore public order following several days of widespread and violent
protests across Kazakhstan.
CSTO에 따라 러시아 보안군이 Baikonur에 새로운 제한사항 발령the mandate of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) 산하 러시아 보안군이 Baikonur에 일련의 제한조치를
발령했다. 이들의 제한조치는 시내에서 한번에 3명 이상 모이는 것을 금지하고 현지 시간 23~06시 간 통행금지 시행이 포함되어 있다.
러시아와 카자흐스탄 정부는 카자흐스탄 내 시위 진압을 위해 도시에서 협력하고 있다.
