Update: Shelling reported in Stanytsia Luhanska

Reports have emerged of artillery fire and shelling at a kindergarten in Stanytsia Luhanaska in the Luhansk Oblast. Both the Ukrainian Joint Forces Operation (JPO) and Russia-backed separatists have accused one another of being responsible for the attack. The JPO has also alleged that at least two civilians have been injured as a result of the artillery fire. No further information is available at this time.

Update: Further unconfirmed reports of artillery fire in Luhansk Oblast

Local media sources affiliated with the Russian-back Luhansk People's Republic have claimed that artillery fire has occurred targeting Stanytsi Luhanska and Shchastia Raion. No injuries or loss of life has currently been reported. The claims have not been corroborated by the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) at the present time.
