Several arrests made ahead a planned attack against the UAE Embassy in Addis Ababa

Multiple media outlets report that 15 people have been arrested ahead of a planned attack against the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in the capital. Security forces reportedly seized several weapons and explosives at the home of one of the suspects. According to local media, the intelligence services also discovered plans to attack the UAE diplomatic compound in Khartoum, Sudan and that relevant authorities had been made aware.
