Multiple fatalities following an outbreak of ethnic violence in Port Sudan

Multiple media outlets report that at least 13 people have been killed and many more injured as a result of violence between two ethnic groups in Port Sudan. The violence reportedly began when members of the Beni Amir group shot and killed several members of the Nuba ethnic group whilst marching through the city protesting against the appointment of a new governor. A state of emergency has been declared, security forces have been deployed to the streets and a nighttime curfew has been implemented between 17:00hrs and 06:00hrs local time.

여러 언론 매체는 포트 수단에서 두 민족 간의 폭력으로 인해 최소 13 명이 사망하고 더 많은 사람들이 부상 당했다고 보도했습니다. 폭력은 베니 아미르 그룹의 구성원들이 새로운 주지사 임명에 반대하며 도시를 행진하는 동안 누 바족의 여러 구성원을 총살 해 살해 한 것으로 알려졌다. 긴급 상황이 선포되고 보안군이 거리에 배치되었으며 현지 시간으로 17 : 00 ~ 06 : 00 사이에 야간 통금이 시행되었습니다.
