High-level alert warning rainfall warning issued for Leyte
According to local media sources, a red alert warning, the highest level,
has been issued due to heavy rainfall in Leyte and southern Leyte. Heavy
rainfall, flooding and landslides are to be expected. No evacuation orders
have been issued at this time.
