Explosive device
defused in Lukansk
The
separatist Luhansk People's Republic Ministry of State Security has issued a
statement claiming that an explosive device has been defused in Luhansk city.
Reports state that the device was discovered in a rubbish bin and consisted
of a mobile phone and two blocks of TNT. The separatists have also claimed
that Ukrainian security services are responsible, but no other party has
verified this.
