Local media reporting indicates that several people have been seriously injured in a shooting incident in the Franklinville area of Philadelphia. Police are at the scene on the 900 block of West Butler Street, have erected a cordon and are conducting an investigation. As yet, no arrests have been made in connection with this incident.
