Update: Leader of self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic
announces general mobilisation
The leader of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) has
declared a general mobilisation of all military forces following a similar
announcement from the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic in the
neighbouring area of Donetsk. Under the order, men aged 18 to 55 will be prohibited
from leaving the LPR and reserves will likely be required to fully enlist,
while executive authorities are allegedly permitted to seize any vehicle or
property required for defence needs. Meanwhile, officials in Russia's Rostov
district have declared a state of emergency due to evacuees arriving from the
neighbouring Donbas region.
Update: Luhansk People's Republic 또한 총동원령 선포'자칭 공화국' LPR또한 DPR과 마찬가지로 총 동원령을 선포했다는 보고입니다.
동원령의 내용은 '18~55세의 남성은 LPR을 벗어나는 것이 금지되고 예비군들은 입대해야 하며,
행정 당국은 모든 차량이나 재산에 대한 압류권한을 갖는다' 는 내용입니다.
