US Embassy says it cannot ensure safe passage to
international airport in Kabul
The United States Embassy has issued an updated security alert, stating
that the US government will not be able to ensure safe passage to the Hamid
Karzai International Airport. US government-provided flights continue to
depart from the airport and eligible individuals are still encouraged to
travel to the facility.
