Russian military vehicles and personnel enter Kharkiv
According to local reports and posts on social media,
Russian military vehicles and personnel have entered Kharkiv and were
battling Ukrainian forces as of morning hours local time. The Governor of
Kharkiv Oblast Oleh Sinegubov confirmed Russian forces had entered the city
and urged residents to stay indoors.
Update: 러시아 군, Kharkiv 입성현지 매체에 따르면, 러시아군의 전차와 군인들이 Kharkiv에 입성했고 우크라이나 군과
아침에 교전을 치렀다고 합니다.
