Shooting incident reported in Belem, Para

Local media reporting indicates that at least one person has been seriously injured in a shooting incident in the Icoaraci area of Belem. Police are at the scene near on Passagem Bom Jesus, have erected a cordon and are conducting an investigation. As yet, no arrests have been made in connection with this incident. Further gunfire in the area cannot be ruled out.
