Clashes reported
between FACT and French backed Haftar on border with Libya
Local media reports that clashes have taken place between Front for Change
and Concord in Chad (FACT) and Haftar militants along Chad's border with
Libya. French special forces are also reported to have given support to
Haftar. 11 Haftar militants were killed and ten others were injured. Four
FACT militants were killed.
