detonated in the Mayor's Office located in Andalucia, Colombia. The explosion
is reported to have injured at least one police officer. Eyewitness reports
indicate that the IED was thrown at a police vehicle outside the Mayor's
Office by a passing motorcycle. No further information is available at this
time.
