Volcanic eruption reported at Murara close to Goma

Local media reports have confirmed that a second volcanic eruption has taken place close to the city of Goma in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). The volcanic eruption is reported to have taken place at the Murara volcano, a short distance from Mount Nyiragongo which erupted on 22 May. Thousands of people are reported to still be fleeing the city of Goma due to the continued tremors caused by dozens of earthquakes following Mount Nyiragongo's eruption.

현지 언론 보도에 따르면 콩고 민주 공화국 (DRC)의 고마시 근처에서 두 번째 화산 폭발이 발생했다고 확인했습니다. 화산 폭발은 5 월 22 일 분화 한 니라 곤고 산에서 가까운 무라 라 화산에서 발생한 것으로 알려졌다. 니라 곤고 산의 분화 이후 수십 건의 지진으로 인한 계속적인 진동으로 인해 수천 명의 사람들이 여전히 고마시를 탈출하고있는 것으로보고되었습니다.
