Local media sources report that a bomb has detonated in Jalalabad, killing
at least five people, including two civilians. The blast targeted a border
police vehicle, a unit now run by the Taliban. Daesh and Taliban officials
are yet to comment on the incident. Further details were not immediately
available. The blast is the second such attack in the city over the course of
the past 24 hours.
