Nice Terror Attack

On 29 October, an attack occurred outside the Notre Dame church in Nice. At the time of writing, three people have been killed and several others injured. The attack is the second on French soil since President Emmanuel Macron made a speech with controversial comments regarding Islam. Attached is our Alert Plus on the incident and the current elevated terrorism threat to France.
