Demonstrators shot by police at the National Palace in Port-au-Prince

Demonstrators protesting against President Jovenel Moise's refusal to step down from office have been shot at by police officers outside the National Palace in Port-au-Prince. Roughly a dozen activists chased the police officers in question to the steps of the National Palace, prompting the officers to open fire on the demonstrators. At least two individuals were injured during the incident, but it is unknown if the police used live or rubber ammunitio
