Parliamentary elections scheduled to take place on 6 March

Parliamentary elections for the National Assembly of Cote d'Ivoire will be held on 6 March. Opposition parties had previously declared that they would boycott the upcoming election but have now announced that they will participate in the vote. At the last election in 2016, the Rally of Houphouetists for Democracy and Peace (RHDP) won a majority of seats.
