Update: Multiple casualties reported following twin bombings in Sulu

Local media reporting indicates that, as of yet, five people have died and four have been injured following a pair of Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blasts that occurred in Brgy Walled City in Jolo, Sulu. The blasts were first reported around 11:58 local time. The Philippine Coast Guard has placed the Southwestern Mindanao District under red alert due to the attacks. Further casualties may be reported as emergency operations continue.
