California - Update: Mandatory evacuation order issued for areas
of Orange County due to wildfire
Orange County authorities have issued a mandatory evacuation order for
Silverado Canyon, Williams Canyon and Modjeska due to their proximity to the
Bond Fire. The order will come into place at 20:00 local time on 29 December.
The areas affected are likely to experience possible debris flows along or
near the burn scar.
