Evacuation
of residencies due to wildfire in Datca district, Mugla
Local media report the evacuation of the Doseme locality
in the village of Mesudiye following a wildfire burning in Datca district,
province of Mugla. Firefighting operations are underway supported by water
bombers and helicopters dispatched to the region. Houses are being threatened
and the Datca - Palamutbuku highway has been closed as a precaution. Strong
winds are complicating the extinguish of the fire.
