Sate of emergency declared in Voronezh due to influx of refugees
Authorities in Voronezh have declared a state of emergency due to the
reported influx of refugees from the Donbas region. The state of emergency
allows for all resources to be used to create temporary accommodation
centres. The increased flow of refugees is occurring due to increased
tensions between Russia and Ukraine.
