Suspected ELN bomb attack on bridge in Cesar department
The National Liberation Army (ELN) is suspected of planting explosives and
blowing up a bridge connecting Pailitas and Curumani in the Cesar department.
At present no injuries have been reported. Roads in the area have been closed
due to a number of suspected attacks. Further attacks cannot be ruled out.
