Protest underway in Pyinmana area of Napyidaw

Local media reports that a large protest is underway in the Pyinmana area of Napyidaw. Video footage indicates that the protest is currently peaceful. A large group of protesters can be seen walking through the streets in an organised manner holding placards. Similar protests are also underway in Yangon, Mandalay, and Dawei. A national strike has been declared nationwide on 22 February, and a curfew reportedly instated by the government from 04:00 to 20:00 local time.
