Magnitude 5.5 earthquake Southwest of Basco

The United States Geological Survey (USGS) indicates that it has detected a 5.5 magnitude earthquake approximately 92km Southwest of Basco. The tremor was recorded at a depth of 10km. There is no indication, as yet, of any significant infrastructure damage or of a tsunami warning being issued.
