Protests underway in Tirana

Protesters have gathered in Tirana for the second consecutive night to protest against the recent killing of a young man by police. Several hundred people are gathered outside the government building despite a ban on gatherings of more than 10 people. On Wednesday, 16 officers were injured in clashes as protesters attempted to break into the Interior Ministry. The Interior Minister has resigned in response to the shooting.
