Two
killed; four injured following police operation in Las Margaritas
Local media reports that a group of assailants gained
entry to the office of the mayor of Las Margaritas. A subsequent police
operation resulted in two being killed and four injured. Reports state that
the assailants were staging a protest action motivated by issues related to
the Tojolabal indigenous people.
