Update: Arkansas - At least 20 people shot, one fatally, following mass shooting in Dumas

The Dumas Police Chief has confirmed that one person has died and at least another 20 are injured following a mass shooting at a car show in Dumas. There are a number of children among those injured. Police have a person of interest in custody but have not ruled out the possibility of multiple shooters as investigations continue.
