Evacuations
reported in Beaufort due to heavy flooding
Evacuations have been reported in the Suasa area of
Beaufort following heavy flooding in the area. At least 40 people comprising
a total of 13 families have been evacuated due to rapidly rising water levels.
All individuals are reported to have been evacuated to the Datuk Mohd Dun
Banir Temporary Evacuation Centre. No injuries or fatalities have been
reported at this time.
