One person killed by security forces in a protest over fuel shortages, Aragua de Barcelona

Sources report that one person was shot and killed by members of the National Guard in Aragua de Barcelona whilst there was a protest over the nationwide fuel shortages. This is the second incident in two weeks after a protester was killed on Toas Island.
